The Road to Shambhala
For me, Shambhala is about two things: the awesome road-trip with gorgeous sights, and the out of this world Grand Forks Hotel potato and cheese voreniki.
Sadly, I can't share the voreniki here but at least I can share the sights:
I have to admit that although I was skeptical at first, the Grand Forks Hotel potato and cheese voreniki were quite incredible. It was worth stopping there both ways!
